Slow Cooker Mild Chicken Curry

Ingredients

1 x brown onion sliced
6-8 mini potatoes cut into halves or quarters
1kg Chicken Thighs (Can also use Chicken Breast)
1-2 sachets of Gourmet Granny's Mild Curry Sauce
1 x can (400ml) coconut milk
OPTIONAL - You can add some more veggies such as Pumpkin, Carrot, Capsicum, or green beans.

Method

Brown onion in a fry pan or in sear mode on slow cooker
Season the chicken and brown in a pan (This step is optional however we love the flavour it adds)
Place all ingredients in the slow cooker - Onion, Chicken, Potato
Mix the Gourmet Granny's Mild Curry Sauce in a jug with 1 x can of coconut milk, whisk until combined then pour into slow cooker
Set onto low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours
Serve with Rice and Naan or Roti Bread for a delicious meal the whole family will love!
