Serves: 4–6 (makes 12 mini rolls)

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the chicken mince, garlic, grated carrot, chopped spring onions, sesame oil, breadcrumbs if using and half of the Honey Soy Stir-Fry Sauce. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Step 3: Cut each sheet of puff pastry in half to create 4 rectangles. Spoon the meat mixture along one long edge of each pastry rectangle, shaping it into a log. Roll the pastry over the filling to enclose it, sealing the edge.
Step 4: Place the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking tray. Brush the tops with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cut each roll into 3 equal pieces to make mini sausage rolls.
Step 5: Bake for 25 minutes or until the pastry is golden and the filling is cooked through.
Step 6: While the rolls are baking, heat the remaining Honey Soy Stir-Fry Sauce in a small saucepan over low heat until warmed through.
Step 7: Serve the sausage rolls warm with the heated sauce as a dipping accompaniment.
