This one’s a new favourite straight from the GG family kitchen. We whipped this up one night when there was leftover chicken in the fridge and a craving for something a bit more exciting than the usual midweek meals. Turns out, using our Malaysian Satay Sauce as a pizza base? Total game changer. It's rich, nutty and a little bit unexpected - in the best way. Now it’s on regular rotation, and we think it’ll be in yours too.
Serves 2-3
Ingredients
Method:
Step 1: Preheat Oven to 200C
Step 2: Slice Chicken and brown in a fry pan, add in 1/4 Packet of Malaysian Satay
Sauce, stir through and set aside once cooked.
Step 3: Use the remaining Malaysian Satay Sauce to cover the base of each pizza.
Step 4: Top with Chicken & Veggies as you desire, then sprinkle on your cheese and pop in the oven until the cheese is golden brown.
Step 5: Take the pizza out of the oven, sprinkle with crushed peanuts and coriander and
serve. YUM!
