: INGREDIENTS:
Water, Sugar, Peanut (10%), Vegetables, Thickeners (1442, 415), Salt, Natural Colours (150a, 100), Spices, Food Acid (260), Natural Flavour.

Serving size: 50g
: RECIPE INGREDIENTS
✓ 1 tablespoon of oil
✓ 600g of sliced or diced chicken or beef or seafood
✓ 1 cup of your favourite mixed vegetables - slices carrot, onion, diced red capsicum
✓ Spring onions
✓ 2 cups of steamed long grain rice or noodles

COOKING METHOD
1. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a hot wok
2. Add your protein of choice then add vegetables and stir fry for 3-4 minutes
3. Pour contents of this pack into wok and toss through
4. Reduce heat to low and stir for 3-4 minutes, or until meat is fully cooked
5. Finish with sliced spring onions and crushed peanuts
6. Serve with rice or noodles
