Water, Sugar, Fish Sauce [Anchovy (Fish) Extract, Salt, Sugar, Fructose], Soy Sauce (8%) [Water, Soybeans, Salt], Tamarind Concentrate (5%) [Tamarind, Water], Corn Starch, Vinegar, Natural Flavour, Natural Colour (150a), Spice, Vegetable, Food Acid (330).

Serving size: 50g
: RECIPE INGREDIENTS
✓ 1 tablespoon of oil
✓ 200g of prawns or sliced chicken
✓ 2 eggs, beaten
✓ 1 cup of sliced vegetables - onion, bean sprouts
✓ Spring onion, lime and crushed peanuts
✓ 200g of dry Pad Thai noodles (prepared as per instructions)

COOKING METHOD
1. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a hot wok
2. Toss in onion and cook 1 minute or until translucent
3. Add your protein of choice and cook until browned, then move to one side of wok, tip in the eggs and scramble for 1 minute
4. Add noodles and stir through for 2-3 minutes
5. Pour contents of this pack into wok and toss through
6. Stir through bean sprouts and spring onions

GRANNY'S TIP: Garnish with lime wedges, chilli and crushed peanuts (optional).
