Modified Starch (1422), Maltodextrin, Whey Powder (Milk), Salt, Flavour (Soy), Beverage Whitener (Glucose Syrup, Vegetable Fat, Milk Protein, Stabilisers (340, 451), Emulsifiers (471, 472e), Anticaking Agent (551), Colour (101)), Onion Powder, Mushroom Powder, Spices, Colour (150c), Anticaking Agent (341), Flavour Enhancer (635), Herbs.

Serving size: 10.5g plus 50mL water plus 31mL sour cream

STOVE TOP
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large fry pan, add in 1 sliced onion and 1 cup of sliced mushrooms and cook until tender.
2. Add 500g of Beef or Chicken strips and cook until browned.
3. Add the contents of this sachet with 200mL water and whisk until thoroughly mixed, then add to the frypan.
4. Bring the boil while stirring continuously, then remove from heat and stir through 125g of Sour Cream.
5. Stir back to boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

GRANNY'S RECIPE TIP: Serve with steamed rice and green beans, finish with cracked pepper and chopped parsley.
