INGREDIENTS:
Modified Starch (1422), Maltodextrin, Skim Milk Powder, Mushroom Blend 16% (Mushroom Powder (Dextrin, Mushroom Extract, Salt), Dried Mushroom Pieces), Beverage Whitener (Glucose Syrup, Vegetable Fat, Milk Protein, Stabilisers (340, 451), Emulsifiers (471, 472e), Anticaking Agent (551), Colour (101)), Cream Powder (Milk), Salt, Sucrose, Colour (150c), Spices, Flavour Enhancer (635), Herbs.

Allergens: Milk.

Serving size: 10.5g plus 50mL water plus 12.5mL cream

STOVE TOP
1. Tear open sachet and pour all contents into saucepan.
2. Add 200mL of water and whisk until thoroughly mixed. Heat to boiling, stirring continuously. Serve as a dark brown sauce.
3. Reduce heat and simmer gently for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

GRANNY'S RECIPE TIP: After Step 2 above, remove from heat, add 50mL of thickened cream and mix well. Stir back to boil. Add sauteed sliced mushroom, chopped parsley and cracked pepper to taste, then gently simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to create a fabulous Creamy Mushroom Sauce.
